Can all children members of SLCC make sure they have their yellow cards with them at rallies. This card qualifies you to take part in the children's annual outing once complete, and maybe other things throughout the year.
Remember to get the Chairman or Chaiman's rep to sign it on each rally you attend. These can not be backdated so dont forget.
