57th Annual Dinner Dance Saturday 1st February 2025

Thank you for your enquiry regarding our Annual Dinner Dance which is to be held at The Park Hall Hotel and Spa Charnock Richard Chorley Lancashire PR7 5LP. The evening will start with a drinks reception at 5,30pm followed by dinner at 6.30pm. The price is £45.00 per person. This can be paid in full or by a deposit of £10per person at the time of booking. The balance is payable by post dated cheque, dated 1^st January 2025. A separate rally will be run in conjunction with this event and forms are available from Mr Ernie Merry (07597 094157). The rally must be booked separately. Hotel rooms (B&B) are available at £72 single occupancy for one night / £140 for two nights or 85.00 for one night / 163.00 for two nights double occupancy which includes full English Breakfast. Should you require a room this should be booked directly with the Hotel on 01257 754000.Please note ; hip flasks and own drinks are not permitted in the hotel / dinner dance.
