2026 AGM Notice.

6OTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Of the SOUTH LANCASHIRE CENTRE of the CARAVAN and MOTORHOME CLUB. Will be held at 2.00pm on Sunday 11th October 2026, at Swinton Masonic Hall Hospital Road, Pendlebury, Swinton. M27 AEY As required by Rule 6(c) Governing Centers, nominations for Executive Office or Committee signed by the nominee must be sent in writing to the Centre Secretary no later than fourteen days prior to the meeting Only members and family members who have registered their South Lancashire Centre memberships with the Caravan and Motorhome Club at least 35 days prior to the meeting are allowed to speak or vote, although the Club Constitution does not forbid the admission of partners and other persons of registered member families. 2026 AGM - New Venu & Date

To All Members of the South Lancashire Centre Caravan and Motorhome Club. Ref AGM October 2026 Dear Member, The Chairman and Committee have made the decision to go back to the old format of having a meeting only, not a rally. Therefore the next AGM of the South Lancashire Centre will now take place on Sunday 11 th October 2026, starting at 2pm prompt the venue will be:- Swinton Masonic Hall, Hospital Road, Pendlebury, Swinton, M27 4EY. Unlimited tea and coffee will be available when you arrive. The venue is easy to get to and has ample parking spaces. We hope that this decision will mean that more members will be able to attend as we do need all your support as the Club goes into its Diamond Jubilee year and we hope to celebrate this in style but we do need all your support. It would also be nice to see some new faces on the Committee with lots of new ideas, please do not forget to be able to be nominated for a please on the committee or have a vote you do need to be a member of the South Lancashire Centre, which you need to renew every year with your main membership. South Lancashire Centre St. Annes Cricket Club Pre-Christmas Event 13^th / 15^th Nov 2026 Vernon Road St, Anne’s on Sea , Lancashire, FY8 2RQ . Van Limit 20 Thank you for your interest in our return visit to St, Anne’s Cricket Club by kind permission of the Club Committee. On this mainly Hard Standing Venue. For what we hope will be a fun-filled weekend. The rally will start at 2.00pm on 13^th Nov, please do not arrive before this time without prior permission from the rally Officers as we, cannot arrive until 1pm. There is plenty to do and see around the area and lots of nice places to visit. Pre-Christmas Shopping in St. Anne’s which is within walking distance, or local Bus stop. For those who have Motorhomes. There is also Lytham, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood Market, all just a Bus ride away from St Annes Centre. The Club House is licensed and provides lovely food on Friday and Saturday nights as those who have been before will agree. Please check times for the Kitchen serving and book your table so as not to be-disappointed. Friday night is free and easy and the Bar in the club is open. We are holding a rally opening at approx. 7.30pm at the rally Officers Caravan. Weather permitting. Saturday night we will be having our usual Bingo games and quizzes for all ages, with a festive theme. There are also toilet facilities and hot showers available for your use, please remember to close the main door when you leave them.
