2026 AGM Notice.

6OTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Of the SOUTH LANCASHIRE CENTRE of the CARAVAN and MOTORHOME CLUB. Will be held at 2.00pm on Sunday 11th October 2026, at Swinton Masonic Hall Hospital Road, Pendlebury, Swinton. M27 AEY As required by Rule 6(c) Governing Centers, nominations for Executive Office or Committee signed by the nominee must be sent in writing to the Centre Secretary no later than fourteen days prior to the meeting Only members and family members who have registered their South Lancashire Centre memberships with the Caravan and Motorhome Club at least 35 days prior to the meeting are allowed to speak or vote, although the Club Constitution does not forbid the admission of partners and other persons of registered member families. 2026 AGM - New Venu & Date

To All Members of the South Lancashire Centre Caravan and Motorhome Club. Ref AGM October 2026 Dear Member, The Chairman and Committee have made the decision to go back to the old format of having a meeting only, not a rally. Therefore the next AGM of the South Lancashire Centre will now take place on Sunday 11 th October 2026, starting at 2pm prompt the venue will be:- Swinton Masonic Hall, Hospital Road, Pendlebury, Swinton, M27 4EY. Unlimited tea and coffee will be available when you arrive. The venue is easy to get to and has ample parking spaces. We hope that this decision will mean that more members will be able to attend as we do need all your support as the Club goes into its Diamond Jubilee year and we hope to celebrate this in style but we do need all your support. It would also be nice to see some new faces on the Committee with lots of new ideas, please do not forget to be able to be nominated for a please on the committee or have a vote you do need to be a member of the South Lancashire Centre, which you need to renew every year with your main membership. THE CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME CLUB SOUTH LANCASHIRE CENTRE SOUTHPORT AIR SHOW, VICTORIA PARK Friday 28th Aug. to Monday 1st Sept. 2026 Join us once again at Victoria Park, Southport for the famous Air Show which takes place above the beach, minutes’ walk from the rally. You are also just minutes’ walk from the centre of Southport with its shops, supermarket, restaurants and swimming pool. Please note only one vehicle per unit, with the exception of motorhomes who can bring a car. (Extra cars are charged at £5 per weekend and must be booked in in advance with their registration number). You can stay until 8pm on the Sunday or 11 am on the Monday. Please note there will be road closures in place during flying time. Due to limited space this event will be limited to 35 units. No arrivals before 2 pm on Friday. All vans must arrive on Friday. No Saturday arrivals. If you want to be sited together please arrive together. Directions: From Southport (Lord Street) A565 at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Duke Street, at the next roundabout 2nd exit, keep the park on your left hand side to the next roundabout (1st left) where you will see the yellow SLCC signs. Entrance gate to the park is then 1st left. Follow signs to our area in the park.
